2007 Seminars
“Your skin eats too!!”
Chocolate spa treatments are the latest trend. Chocolate is not only trendy,
but also beneficial for your skin. It contains strong anti-oxidant properties,
which can help to maintain the skin's general health and it can help to prevent
visible signs of ageing such as wrinkling.
Deanne Anderson, owner of Waterstone Spa and Sandra Lundeen, Waterstone's lead
esthetician, will be presenting a brief talk on why anti-oxidants are good for
the skin and you, as participants, will get to experience various chocolate
skin care products.

for several years. She will speak about DAGOBA's commitment to equitable partnerships,
and how these come to life from the farm to the factory to the consumer. DAGOBA
purchases some of its cacao through Fair Trade Certified co-ops and has formed
direct partnerships with cacao producing communities to ensure that its cacao
is equitably traded, sustainably grown and benefits farming communities. DAGOBA's
founder, Frederick Schilling, regularly travels to origin countries to support
expanded quality, environmental and community programs.
